For me, having fun is the most important core value in making and learning music. My goal is to inspire others and to give them the enthusiasm for music that I once had as a child, in their own way.
From Jazz to Rock to contemporary Pop, I can teach you the music you always wanted to learn!
You can also contact me for songwriting and music production. I can explain to you how to write your own songs, and I can think along with you about the content of your songs and productions!
A little about me:
My name is Twan de Roo. I am 24 years old. As a child I always noticed that I had a good feeling for melody and harmony. When I first touched the piano, I was almost immediately sold. I taught myself to play the piano by playing songs by ear. It wasn't until much later in life that I started taking lessons to brush up on my technique.
I am pop-oriented, but also have a great affinity with Hip Hop, Jazz, R&B and Funk.
I work as a keyboard player and producer in bands such as: Banji, Yaro Mila and Radio Eliza.
Two of these three acts have been named 3FM Serious Talent and between these acts I have been able to play at many beautiful locations such as Concert at Sea, DWDD, AFAS Live, Tivoli Vredenburg, the Melkweg, Paradiso and the Patronaat.
